Units were dispatched around 5:10 p.m. Sunday and arrived a few minutes later at 3357 32nd St., near the intersection of Upas Street in the neighborhood of Altadena, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department. A total of 22 personnel were assigned to the leak, including four engines, one truck and one supporting agency, officials said.
