Ta-Haley Payton was last seen in the 700 block of Charlottetowne Avenue on Wednesday, Nov. 20, the day after her twenty-second birthday. As of Thanksgiving Day, she is still missing. Police say Payton's family is concerned about her well-being and looking for information on where she might be. Payton is described as a black woman standing 5 feet, 6 inches, and weighing about 140 pounds. She has black hair in thick twists and brown eyes.
