Elisa Oziah Moore was last seen on foot around 3 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, leaving her home in the 11000 block of Gold Pan Road in east Charlotte. She was carrying a pink and black backpack with the writing 'Justice' on it and was wearing light-colored pants and a jacket with crocs. She's described as 5'2" tall, weighing 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Moore’s family is very concerned for her safety and well-being, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said on Wednesday. Anyone who has information about Moore is asked to call 911 immediately.
