Danube Properties has announced that it has handed over its Gemz residential project five months ahead of schedule. The US $95.2mn project was launched in June 2022 and Danube says that early handovers have become a tradition for its projects. On 14 November, a ceremony was held in Al Furjan at Gemz by Danube to start the handover of keys to homeowners.
