A San Diego County man was convicted recently of illegally possessing 13 pounds of “black market cannabis,” the Mendocino County District Attorney’s Office reported. According to the office of DA David Eyster, a Mendocino County Superior Court jury this week found Kimanie Andre McKoy, 38, of El Cajon, guilty of “unlawful possession of more than 28.5 grams (one ounce) of black market cannabis, a misdemeanor.
