CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police say they have arrested another suspect in connection with the murder of a 3-year-old boy in September 2021. On Friday, September 20, Datonio Stephens, 25, was located and arrested. The arrest of Stephens was made by the assistance of CMPD's Violent Criminal Apprehension Team, FBI-Charlotte, the NCSBI and Robeson County Sheriff's Office.
