At Romare Bearden Park, a 'Flags of Remembrance' dedication service is being held Wednesday afternoon. 2,977 flags in the shape of the Twin Towers have been placed in the park to honor the lives lost in the terrorist attack. Officials will toll a bell at 8:46 a.m., 9:03 a.m., 9:37 a.m., 9:59 a.m., 10:03 a.m. & 10:28 a.m. to mark the times the planes crashed and the towers of the World Trade Center.
