Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued Legislative Decree No. 23 of 2024 amending Article 48 related to the guarantee of the delegate in the Scientific Missions Law, issued by Legislative Decree No. 6 of 2013. The new decree allows the domestic delegate the option of providing or not providing the guarantee previously required by the Scientific Missions Law for the delegate, in light of the regulations specified in the legislative act that guarantees the fulfillment of the delegate’s obligation.
