BOULDER, Colo. (KDVR) — An early morning fire partially destroyed a self-storage facility in Boulder on Monday. The fire broke out at the Extra Space Storage in the 5800 block of Arapahoe Road at around 2 a.m. Boulder Fire Rescue said they contained the fire to one area of the facility and were attempting to extinguish hot spots. Heavy equipment was being used to dismantle some of the rubble and locate spots still burning.
