The Central Bank, in a statement issued on Wednesday, noted that  commercial banks and businesses of all sizes can sign up and use this tool to instantly transfer money for their customers, at any time of the day through out the year. “The Bank of South Sudan is pleased to announce the launch of an electronic interbank trading platform, Refinity, for commercial and retail banks in South Sudan,”the statement reads in part.
