CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- One person was found dead from a "trauma" in northeast Charlotte later Saturday night, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. Around 11 p.m. on Saturday, officers responded to the 4200 block of Trailer Drive about a call to assist Medic. When they arrived, they saw a victim "with trauma" and Medic pronounced them dead at the scene. Police say this is a homicide and the investigation is underway.
