Courtesy of the department A 29 year-old man identified as Steven Ross was arrested Saturday for a hit and run on a 24 year-old male pedestrian in downtown San Diego. Ross had been involved in a collision with a parked car on Fifth Avenue, and fled the scene. The 24 year-old male was crossing the street on the intersection of Seventh Avenue and Cedar Street. Ross did not yield the right of way and collided with the pedestrian, who suffered an open fracture to his left tibia/fibula.
