The Spot (Youth and Family Resource) recently partnered with Brandon Mackey of Carthage Barber Shop to offer free haircuts to children as they started the new school year. Carthage Barbershop is located  at 104 Main Street in Carthage.  The Spot loves to partner with caring folks in the community to offer resources to our students and families.  Brandon began giving free haircuts for children in need about 4 years ago and it has grown every year since then until grew larger and outgrew what he could do on his own.
