The African American Sports & Entertainment Group (AASEG) announced today that they have agreed to a deal to acquire 50% of the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum site from Coliseum Way Partners, the Athletics affiliate, for $125MM. AASEG already has a deal in place for the other 50%, so this will give them full ownership of the land once everything is complete.
