The only daughter of Andrew Montoya and Marye Montoya West, born on March 31, 1920 in Oakland, CA. A native Californian, she was raised in San Pablo, CA. She graduated from Richmond High School and was a member of the Valkyrs sorority. Rosemarye worked for AT&T during her early adulthood and joined the Eastern Star at the young age of 20. She was an 80 year long-standing member of the Eastern Star.
