Ronald Earl Bray Jr., 35, pleaded guilty to assault with intent to commit rape for the Oct. 15, 2022, break-in at the victim’s Ocean View Boulevard residence. About 1:45 a.m. that day, police said Bray cut a window screen and entered the 27-year-old woman’s home through the window while she was asleep.
