(KRON) – The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office issued a citation to a teenager who “forcibly removed” a Pride flag. Around 9 p.m. on Friday, a minor forcibly removed the pride flag from the front of the CoastPride Center building in Half Moon Bay. According to the sheriff’s office, the teenage suspect caused damage to the flag. SF man admitted to theft after foot pursuit in Colma: police San Mateo deputies were quickly informed of the damage by eyewitnesses. Deputies located the suspect near the scene and apprehended them.
