Mrs. Ruby Turner Hale Mrs. Ruby Turner Hale, age 92, of Cowan, TN, and formerly of Carthage, TN, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024. Mrs. Hale was born November 23, 1931 in the Monroe County, KY community of Bug Tussle, a daughter of the late Radford Hughes Turner and Donnie Clemons Brandon Turner. She was also preceded in death by Siblings; Hazel Schoolcraft, Irene Pitcock, Billy Turner, Bobby Turner, and Joseph Elzie Turner. Mrs. Ruby loved her friends and enjoyed traveling, playing rook, and line dancing.
