TikTok star Bella Brave, a 10-year-old girl with a large following on the popular social media platform, tragically passed away recently. Her death has left her fans and followers shocked and saddened, as she was known for her entertaining videos and infectious personality. Bella's untimely death serves as a reminder of the fragility of life and the impact that social media influencers can have on their audience.
TikTok was swift and impressive, as she quickly amassed thousands of followers with her dance videos and comedic sketches. Despite her young age, Bella had a natural talent for creating engaging content that resonated with people of all ages. Her popularity only continued to grow as she gained recognition from major brands and celebrities who wanted to collaborate with her.
The Swift Current 57's who hosted Thomson on July 7, 2023, for a pregame inspiration pep talk and to throw out the ceremonial first pitch said the 10-year-old's "legacy of bravery, fight, and grit is a great lesson to all." 
They went on to request her personality continue, "Hope you are giving it to the umps and opposing team up there, sweet girl."
Ryan Reynolds stopped into SickKids in September of last year to film a commercial, and asked if he could visit Bella. She was recovering from her bowel transplant but welcomed the A-list actor's visit with her usual charm and humour. 
This evening he also took to Instagram to share a few words on his story:
"Bella was so brave and charming," he wrote. "I loved meeting her and I'm so deeply sad to hear this news. She had a razor sharp wit and took zero **** from anyone. Particularly me. Deepest condolences to her family and the staff at SickKids who cared for her in every way possible."
Bella had spent three yeas on a wait list for a bowel transplant – all while battling Hirschsprung’s disease. Shortly after her surgery she met movie star Ryan Reynolds at The Hospital for Sick Children. The transplant allowed Bella to go to school again, and even take a trip with her family to the happiest place on Earth – Disneyland. Recently Bella had a chance to meet musical artist Halsey in California; the two have been friends since 2021 when Halsey reached out on social media.
