CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A 2-alarm fire damaged 24 apartment units in southwest Charlotte early Friday morning, according to the Charlotte Fire Department. The large fire broke out just before 2:30 a.m. Friday, July 5, at an apartment complex located in the 7600 block of Holliswood Court, just off of South Tryon Street.
