FOX31 listened in on the court sentencing for 20-year-old Kevin Bui, who pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree murder. The 60 other charges Bui faced, including first-degree murder, attempted murder, arson and burglary, were dropped by the prosecutor who recommended that Bui be sentenced to 60 years in prison.
