(KRON) – A Sacramento resident was arrested on a grand theft charge after allegedly stealing a massive amount of Claritin Allergy Relief and other items, according to the Colma Police Department.  At 9:05 p.m. on June 14, Colma police officers responded to a Target in the 5000 block of Junipero Serra Boulevard for an active suspected theft.
