ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A railroad crossing underpass project in Santa Ana was awarded $25 million in federal funds as part of $1.8 billion in grants from the Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity program, the U.S. Department of Transportation Announced Wednesday.
