(KRON) -- A longtime hot dog spot in the East Bay is closing after eight decades. Caspers Hot Dogs is closing its Hayward location next month, the business said in a news release on Tuesday. The last day for Caspers, located at 951 C St., will be on Saturday, July 13. That restaurant has been in business since the 1940s. It is one of a handful of Caspers located across the Bay Area.
