Windsor Town Board did the right thing I am writing to commend the Windsor Town Board’s recent actions concerning the issue of our mayoral election. The board in a 5-0 vote rejected to appeal the Barry Wilson case concerning charter interpretation. This was the right thing to do considering the judgment was an 18-page decision based on solid legal determination and factual findings. This move demonstrates to all in our community that our board is one that will follow our charter and rules in place. Kudos to them for also not moving last week to file a motion for further clarification on this case. Julie Cline has been appointed as our mayor, and I hope we now move on and tend to town matters
