Fatal crash on I-580 in Livermore blocks lanes ...Middle East

(KRON) -- A Sig Alert has been issued Thursday morning for westbound lanes of Interstate 580 after a fatal crash involving a motorcycle, according to the California Highway Patrol. All westbound lanes are blocked as of 6 a.m. west of N Livermore Avenue, CHP said. A coroner has been called to the scene, according to a CHP traffic log. Man killed in 6-vehicle crash on I-880 in Fremont Motorists are advised by authorities to expect delays in the area and use alternative routes to avoid westbound I-580.
