Lewis Roberts A retired Ironworker for the Tennessee Valley Authority has departed this life at the age of 69 suffering from complications of a stroke suffered weeks ago. The retired gentleman, a United States Army Veteran, was Lewis Roberts. Pastor Billy R. “Bill” Smith will officiate at a 3 p.m. graveside funeral service on Monday afternoon June 3rd in the Gazebo Garden at the Dixon Springs Cemetery. Burial follow in the Nesbitt Family lot in the Dias Section. A military tribute service will precede the pastor’s message and will be conducted by American Legion Post # 57 of Carthage.
