FRANKFORT, Ky. (WYMT) – On Thursday, Gov. Andy Beshear announced $13.2 million to improve clean water and sewer infrastructure across the Commonwealth. The funding will be used for 10 projects. Three of those projects are in Eastern Kentucky. “Every Kentuckian deserves high quality water and sewer infrastructure,” said Gov. Beshear. “We’re investing in all of our people, ensuring nobody is left behind. When we invest in critical infrastructure, we set our communities up for success for years to come.” More than $819,000 will go to the Harlan County Fiscal Court.
