Sign-ups are open as of May 1 for the popular Willits Community Theatre annual Gateway to the Stage Summer Camp. Early registration is encouraged for children ages 6 to 16, as the camp has filled quickly in each of its previous six years. Local theater legend Billy Hetherington returns to lead the camp. He will be directing the culminating production of “The Addams Family,” a comedy-horror musical where camp participants will all have a role.
