Tesla is recalling some of its Cybertruck vehicles after a hazard was found with the accelerator pedal. According to a recall notice posted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the accelerator pedal pad may dislodge and cause the pedal to be trapped by the interior trim. The recall notice estimated that the accelerator pedal hazard affects around 3,878 vehicles. The issue can cause "the vehicle to accelerate unintentionally, increasing the risk of a crash."
