Area 23, under Division F in District 116, recently conducted an online open house with around 80 toastmasters and 20 plus non-toastmasters from Qatar and other places. The event was presided over by Sabari Prasad, Area 23 director, and was attended by Thayalan K, District 116 director; Manzoor Moideen, Rajesh VC, and various other toastmasters and leaders from Qatar.
