April 11, 2024 (KHARTOUM) – At least 13 people were killed and others injured in artillery shelling that struck Al-Jarif’s eastern Hab Al-Naseem neighbourhood on Thursday. The Al-Jarif Emergency Room confirmed the casualties but did not assign blame. Local activists believe the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) are responsible. They allege the RSF, which controls much of the eastern Nile region, fired on a residential area where a social gathering was taking place.
