WARREN — City police are investigating the shooting death of a man, marking the city’s second homicide victim of the year. Tuesday night, at approximately 8:20 p.m., Warren Police Department officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Lovers Lane NW following reports of a gunshot victim. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim and administered immediate assistance. The man was subsequently transported to Trumbull Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
