Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport in Cambodia to support the implementation of Education Above All Foundation’s (EAA) project aimed at improving access to equitable quality education in Cambodia. The agreement was signed virtually by Khalifa bin Jassim al-Kuwari, director-general of QFFD, and Dr Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education, Youth and Sport in Cambodia.
