Bhubaneswar: The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Saturday urged the district Collectors and SPs to remain absolutely impartial, transparent and equally accessible to all political parties. In a press briefing in Bhubaneswar, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Rajiv Kumar said that directions have been issued to the Collectors, IGs and SPs for the smooth conduct of the elections in the State.
