JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Jacksonville business owner is beyond fed up because he said the man who stole from VIP Motors Jax in January is the same man caught on camera returning to the business less than a month later. Omid, the owner of VIP Motors Jax on Edgewood Avenue, a business that deals with selling vehicles and metal sheets for roofs, shared another video with News4JAX of what appears to show a man arriving on a bicycle and walking around the property.
