Mr. Woods was born October 10, 1951 in Lebanon, TN, a son of the late William Donald Woods and Myrtle Maurine Bush Woods. He was also preceded in death by Brothers; Kenneth Woods and Roger Woods and Brother-in-law; Mike Richhart. Steve was a 1971 graduate of Smith County High School. He worked for Upper Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation as a Lineman and Warehouse Manager for 46 years until his retirement. Mr. Woods is survived by Children; Holly (Danny) Rose of Carthage, TN, and Aaron Woods of Carthage, TN. Grandchildren; Madysin Griffin, Riley Woods, and River Wood
