LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – Michigan and Michigan State will both conclude five weeks of spring football practice on Saturday, April 20th. Rarely have they both ended on the same date. And both schools have new head coaches for the first time in the same season since 1995. Michigan State’s Jonathan Smith has not announced a start time nor format yet and neither has Michigan’s Sherrone Moore.
