A New Ringgold man and a Summit Station woman face charges after they allegedly stole items worth $2,657 from Pennsy Supply Inc. in Wayne Township. State police at Schuylkill Haven charged Kenneth C. Hengen, 34, of 107 Peaceful Valley Road, and Ashley Rae Shellhammer, 36, of 1990 Fair Road, in connection with a burglary reported at the asphalt company’s property on Jan. 31.
