CHAMPION – Colbert “Toby” S. Miller Jr., age 73, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024, in the emergency room of Trumbull Regional Medical Center. He was born Feb. 10, 1950, in Watertown, New York, the son of Colbert S. Sr. and Virginia Young Miller. Toby graduated from Elyria High School and attended Lorain County Community College. He retired from General Motors Lordstown, after many years as a millwright and supervisor. He was a devout Christian who loved the Lord his God above all others and attended Believers Church.
