In that meeting, the committee made multiple decisions on upcoming state championship sites for many sports. The NYSPHSAA Executive committee selected Binghamton to host both the Boys’ Basketball and Softball state championships for the years 2025, 2026, and 2027. The Boys’ Basketball Championship will be held at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena, while the Softball Championship will be held at the Greenlight Grand Slam Park (formerly known as BAGSAI).
