He is survived by: wife, Janet Goolsby Shumake; daughters, BreAnna Shumake Exum and husband Jason of Horseshoe Bend, Lyndria Shumake and fiancee Jordan Price of Lebanon, Rebecca Hood and husband Isaac of Lebanon, 1 sister and 2 brothers. Mr. Shumake is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Monday evening, January 29 at 5:00 PM. Eld. Stephen Brooks will officiate. Interment in the Smith County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Monday only from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
