KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Shawnee man remains behind bars after he was accused of inappropriately touching a child in a local business and leading police on an hour-long search. The Shawnee Police Department tells KCTV that just after 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25, law enforcement officials were called to a local business in the 7400 block of Nieman Rd. – near the Walmart Neighborhood Market – with reports of a sexual battery. When first responders arrived, they said they learned that Oshea S. Ross, 26, of Shawnee, was accused of inappropriately touching a child inside the business.
