WARREN — Wanda Gene Gunther Richardson, 77, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023, at Best Days Senior Living, following extended illness. She was born March 13, 1946, in Warren, the daughter of William and Anna Kate Wright Gunther Sr. and also was raised by stepfather Elijah Murray. She had retired from employment as a wire cutter at Delphi Packard Electric. Survivors include sons, Victor L. Richardson, Samuel L. Richardson Jr. and David Michael Richardson, all of Warren; daughters, Andrea L. Dismuke of Blacklick and Carmen Hill of Warren; sisters, Diane Franklin of Howland and Tracey Murray of Pittsburgh; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elder Samuel Lee Richards
