Civil aviation authorities in Kuwait have said that steady progress is being made on the new passenger terminal building project (T2) at Kuwait International Airport. Construction works on Phase One of the project are said to be 73% complete, with 68.1% of works complete on Phase Two of T2, according to Acting Director General for (Civil Aviation) Saad Al Otaibi. The development projects in the airport, as well as the modernisation work of the infrastructure in the air transport sector in the country will continue, he stated.
