Damascus, SANA- Director of Diplomatic Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Imad Mustafa, and Cuban Ambassador to Damascus, Luis Mariano Rodriguez, on behalf of Higher Institute of International Relations at the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs, signed a cooperation agreement between the two institutes at the building of the Ministry in Damascus. That came in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Fayssal Mikdad, and the ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions of South American countries in Damascus.
