Takyia Morales is the founder of The Gifted Girls Club for girls aged 11 to 17. Morales, 27, says the group will give away hot meals, canned goods, and clothing. “We’re not just giving it out to say we’re doing it. It’s made with love. We’re doing it with love. Everything we do for the City of Bridgeport has love behind it,” said Morales. The giveaway will take place at the North Branch Library at 3455 Madison Ave. on Saturday, Nov. 18.
