Human remains were found inside a vehicle that was burning near the Covelo Dump, the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office reported. According to the MCSO, deputies responded to County Road 337L near the Covelo Dump in Covelo around 9:45 a.m. Oct. 31 when Cal Fire personnel reported that a vehicle was on fire at that location.
