The enterprise-technology company said Wednesday that Joseph Reece, current board chairman of NCR, would serve as board chairman of Atleos. Reece is also a managing partner of SilverBox Capital. James Kelly, former chief executive of EVO Payments before it was acquired by Global Payments, will serve as board chairman of Voyix.
