Japanese crane manufacturer Kato has introduced a new rough terrain crane (RTC) with a 30t capacity and a four-section hydraulic boom that extends from 9.35m to 30.5m. Launched for the global market, the new SR-300LX from Kato also has a 13m super long luffing jib whose maximum lifting capacity is 3.5t at 75-degrees. The crane is powered by a Mitsubishi 6M60-TL engine and its maximum 30t lifting capacity is available at a radius of 3m while the maximum boom lifting height reached 31.2m.
